Request your authenticity certificate

Request certificates for your past order or another copy of existing certificates. You will receive one email with a separate certificate for every item, including when you bought several items.

Certificates are emailed separately once your order is paid. Look for “Certificate of Authenticity” in your inbox. We send them only to the email on the order. Purchases older than 60 days and orders with missing details need a manual check. Cancelled or returned items may not be eligible.
